The Carbone family construction company is one of the businesses involved in trading cash for lucrative public contracts in the Cuyahoga County government investigation, according to contracts and federal court documents.

Vincent Carbone, the company’s former president, is suspected of paying $15,000 to a consulting company in exchange for getting a $1.8 million contract from Parma schools in 2005, according to prosecutors and public documents. READ MORE.
